Abstract

The hospitality industry worldwide is a major user of various forms of flexible working, including part-timers, casuals, sub-contract and ‘black economy’ workers. In the UK 67 per cent of hospitality employers make use of part-timers and reduced hours workers (People 1st 2011c).
