Abstract

Recent global challenges, growing migration, and openness of borders have increased the number of multicultural and multilingual communities. Inspired by such communities, literary phenomena acknowledge and reveal diverse intersections of cultural traditions. US Latino/a literature reflects contemporary sociocultural realities, presents a developing field, and attracts more and more academic interest.
