Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an approach to business administration where, in addition to the more traditional issues of profitability and other shareholder concerns, closer voluntary consideration of ethical, social and environmental issues as well as the organisation’s varied stakeholders is taken in operations and value creation.
