A Hall triple system (HTS) is a pair (S, L ) where S is a set of elements (points) and L a set of lines satisfying

Every line is a 3-subset of S,

Any two distinct points lie in exactly one line, and

Any two intersecting lines generate a subsystem isomorphic to the afHne plane of nine points AG(2,3).
