Abstract
In this entry, we illustrate the three approaches in analysis of dose-ranging trials which include the multiple comparison procedure (MCP), the modelling (MOD) approach, and the combined MCP-Mod approach. We illustrated these procedures with implementation in R with a real clinical trial data set.
