Abstract

It is widely recognized that, as opposed to in vivo, in vitro methods are less variable, easier to control, and more likely to detect differences between products if they exist. This entry details several analysis methods for in vitro bioequivalence testing as well as discussing some of the difficulties associated with profile analysis.
