Abstract
The purpose of this entry is to describe some commonly used methods of statistical analysis of tumor data and the interpretation of results of rodent carcinogenicity studies of pharmaceuticals. This entry concentrates only on the analysis of tumor data, with adjustment for possible differences in survival among treatment groups.
